Create a region for the tenant. The identifier must be unique within the tenant.

Region to create.

The region's unique key within the tenant — shipments/tours reference it via region, and it addresses the region in reads/edits. Not changeable after creation.

localizedName

The display name per language code, e.g. { en: 'Berlin Area', de: 'Raum Berlin' }.
