Retrieve the emissions of a leg: totals, intensity, data quality, flags and its pieces, the road piece of the leg. Answers 404 while no emissions are recorded for the leg, for example before it has a carrier or a tour. See the Emissions tag for status, versions, the two notions of mode, data categories and flags.
