List the tenant's individual usage events of one billing month (Europe/Berlin calendar month, default the current one), newest first: meter, credits, outcome, the record each event was metered for, and who caused it (user, API key, agent, or unattributed). Optionally filtered to one meter, cursor-paginated. Events are served for the last 24 months; older months return an empty page.
