Find where a shipment load currently is in the crossdock network: every inventory record referencing it, each naming a global address and a state (at, inbound, or outbound). An empty page means the load is not at or moving through any crossdock address. During a hub handover a load can briefly be referenced by two records. A load whose goods no longer exist, reported lost or damaged and disposed of, is still answered here, with goneAt set on the record of the address it was last accounted for; that is deliberate, so a caller can tell goods that are gone from a load that was never seen at a hub.
