Delete a task template. The template stops firing immediately and is excluded from lists, but stays readable by ID with status 'deleted'; tasks it created are not touched. Deleting an already-deleted template is a no-op. A deleted template keeps its key and can be restored via POST /tasktemplates/{templateId}/restore; it comes back inactive.
